• You have 8+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing social media content for brands and companies on all relevant platforms, ideally in a typical digital agency environment

• You have already worked as a creative director in a social media agency or as a social media team lead on the media or corporate side. Your portfolio demonstrates your conceptual, linguistic, and visual expertise and also includes creative social first highlights

• You always know what's trending in culture and social media, ideally because you are active on TikTok and Instagram yourself

• You are strong in ideas and presentation
