Internal Communications Manager (m/f/d)


THE JOB – Ensure companies strategy roll-out towards DACH-Italy employes and managers

  • Define and set up an Internal Communications strategy and plan in collaboration with the corporate team
  • Design and manage existing and new regional channels and programs and rely on corporate channels and programs
  • Produce content at regional and corporate level (editorial, photos, videos, best practices etc.)
  • Contribute to new corporate initiatives (design, launch, manage) including the upcoming launch of new values and behaviors
  • Encourage and manage two-way communication with regional employees
  • Make leaders more visible and accessible
  • Be an active member of the Neopost Internal Communications team
  • Interact with regional COO, COMEX and HR Director
  • Build and pilot a regional network of internal communications contacts


YOUR PROFILE – Skilled communicator with company transformation experience

Are you a true communication personality with a passion for technology? Do you have a strategic vision and drive as well as creative with an operational focus? Then you've come to the right place. Here you can make a difference and play an active role in the internal communication! What you also need to bring to the table:

  • Master degree in Communications or Marketing
  • Ideally five to seven years of Internal Communications experience including the management of transversal projects in an international company
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a reactive and a proactive force
  • Familiar with the B2B environment is a plus
  • Fluent both German and English, further foreign language is a plus (ideally Italian or French)
